Our Services
Acupuncture, 45 Minutes, £45.00
Acupuncture and Massage, 75 Minutes, £80.00
Acupuncture is a form of Chinese medicine that involves using tiny needles to stimulate the sensory nerves under the skin (not nearly as scary as it sounds, promise!) to relieve pain. Perfect if you fancy some TLC and you aren’t afraid to try something a bit different, acupuncture is a real all-rounder, used to treat anything from aching muscles to everyday stress.
Aromatherapy Oil Massage, 30 Minutes, £35.00 or 60 Minutes, £60.00
Feeling burnt out? If you’ve been running on empty, an aromatherapy massage could be just what you need to recharge your batteries. Essential oils can do everything from energise to de-stress or re-invigorate as well as fight common aches and pains, leaving you relaxed, limber and totally chilled out.
Cupping, £30.00
It might have hit the mainstream at the 2016 Olympics (thanks, Michael Phelps) but cupping’s been a firm favourite treatment to ease muscle tension and help invigorate across the globe for donkey’s year. Sure, the post-treatment marks are a little weird, but the de-stressing benefits are well worth it.
Deep Tissue Massage, 30 Minutes, £40.00 or 60 Minutes, £60.00
If you’re suffering from tensions and aches that cannot be solved by a classic Swedish massage then a deep tissue massage might be the answer you’re looking for! During a deep tissue massage, the pressure is stronger and concentrated on the problematic area which might lead to a little bit of discomfort. It is worth it though as it helps alleviate the pain in the long term!
Ear Candling, £30.00
Ear candling, or ear coning, is a relatively unknown but effective therapy that can help clean out the inside of your ears. Heat from a candle is placed above the area and used to draw out nasty deposits like wax build-up, fungus and other irritating debris from the inner ear. Even if your hearing is fine, ear candling is a great way to maintain and promote good ear health.
Head Massage, 30 Minutes, £35.00
Tackle your troubles head on with the magic of Indian tradition. Healing and stimulating in equal measure, an Indian head massage will help ward off migraines and insomnia while offering a one-way ticket to luscious locks.
Herbal Foot Bathing & Reflexology, 30 Minutes, £40.00 or 60 Minutes, £70.00
Pressure… we all feel it, whether it’s from work, our personal lives or otherwise. But allow us to introduce you to a good type of pressure… reflexology. If you haven’t discovered the benefits of reflexology, you’re missing out. It’s a treatment that suits everyone, no matter what your age or health concerns.

Lava Shells Massage, 30 Minutes, £40.00 or 60 Minutes, £70.00
Offering all the benefits of a hot stone massage with a tropical kick, a lava shell massage uses naturally self-heating Tiger Clam shells from the sun-kissed shores of the South Pacific to soothe all sorts of aches and pains.
Treatments
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Oriental medical art and science; it is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting “extremely” fine needles painlessly into the key points corresponding to body organs to relieve pain and discomfort.
The Classical Chinese explanation is that channels of energy run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface.
These energy channels, called meridians, are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues. An obstruction in the movement of these energy rivers is like a dam that backs up in others. The meridians can be influenced by needling the acupuncture points; the acupuncture needles unblock the obstructions at the dams and re-establish the regular flow through the meridians.
Acupuncture treatment can therefore help the bodies internal organs to correct imbalance in their digestion, absorption, and energy production activities, and in the circulation of their energy through the meridians. In the past 2000 years, more people have been successfully treated with the acupuncture than with all the other health systems combined. Today acupuncture is widely practised around the world.
Chinese Herbs
Chinese herbal medicine is one of the great herbal systems of the world, with an unbroken tradition going back to the 3rd century BC. Chinese Herbal Medicine, along with the other components of the Chinese Medicine, is based on the concepts of the Yin and Yang.
It aims to understand and treat them many ways in which the fundamental balance and harmony between the two may be undermined and the ways in which a person’s Qi or vitality may be depleted or blocked.
Age herbal medicine prescription is a cocktail of many herbs tailored to the individual patient. One batch of herbs is typically deocted twice over the course of one hour, or powder is dissolved in boiling water. The practitioner usually designs a remedy using one or two main ingredients that target the illness.
Then the practitioner adds many other ingredients to adjust the formula to the patients Yin/Yang conditions. Sometimes ingredients are needed to cancel out toxicity or side effects of the main ingredients. Some herbs require the use of other ingredients as a catalyst or else the brew is ineffective.
Unlike western medications, the balance and interaction of all the ingredients are considered more important than the effect of individual ingredients. A key to success in TCM is the treatment of each patient as an individual.

Reflexology
Interested in a gentle, non-invasive healing practise to complement your current medical care. Welcome to the very ‘hands-on’ practise of reflexology
The reflexology technique can be ascribed as a natural healing art based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears and their referral areas within zone related areas, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
Through application of pressure on these reflexes, the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
Reflexologists understand that these areas and reflex point correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and persons general health reflexology is growing increasingly popular around the world as both a complement to other treatments and as a preventative measure.
Tuina
Tuina is the traditional Chinese massage using the arms, hands, fingers, elbows and knees as tools for offering pain relief. Tuina is also used to protect health and build up the body’s immune system acting as a preventative measure, without any side effects.
Tuina uses techniques and manipulations to stimulate acupuncture points or other parts of the body surface so as to correct psychological imbalances of the body and relieve pain the effect of Tuina is to disperse and a smooth obstructions whilst checking and restraining hyperfunction.
Tuina is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which also encompasses acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition and exercise to treat the whole body, mind and spirit.
Tuina works on the same basic theory as other TCM techniques: “Injury or disease causes blockages in the channels of the body. Blockages cause pain.”
Tuina rectifies anatomical anomalies, alters the inner energy state of the biological system and adjusts the bio-information of the body. For soft tissue injuries, Tuina relaxes muscles and tendons and promotes smooth passage of the channels. It also promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis.
